The Help says to click on the "breadcrumb" line to turn this on. When I click on it, it says I don't have authorization. Is there another way to see what has been added since my last visit?

View Recent Messages

At the top and bottom of the forums, you will see the "breadcrumb" line. If you click the icon: , you can access recent posts. Options include "New Since Your Last Visit," a listing of any new posts made since the last time you logged into the community, and "Today's Active Topics," a listing of all topics that have had posts in the past 24 hours.

At this point in time the search function isn't available sitewide. It's something we may use in the future.
