Long story but I have an urgent prayer request for someone. Not sure how to explain who this person is so I will try in general.

My ex has a son with a girl that he grew up with. Her mother was diagnosed with Leukemia about 4 months ago. I was just told a little while ago that the doctors have said she now has a week to live. I told my ex that I would post on here to ask for everyone to pray. I don't know either of these women, personally, and I don't know God's will for them, but I wanted to ask everyone to pray. I'm not sure what to pray for...maybe healing, maybe peace and comfort, maybe grace and mercy, maybe a miracle, maybe all those things. Definitely for God's will to be done. The girl's name is Lisa and she's just a few years older than me, I believe. I don't know her mother's name but I do know that she means alot to Lisa and Lisa's kids.

I'm sure this woman is young, so her son is just very young.

This is heartbreaking. So very sad when a parent dies, and leaves a young child.

I know, God, will make sure the little boy is looked after. Trust God for He is good.

Sarah, the boy is young, only 10. But it is his grandmother that is very sick, not his mother. Sorry for the confusion...but please do pray for them as they really need it.

Thanks for all your prayers. Last night, my ex told me that Lisa's mother passed away yesterday morning just before 10am. Please keep that family in your prayers still as they need much peace and comfort...a real touch from God at this time. Thank you.
